🏆 Leaderboard System Overview

SkillStorm features three distinct leaderboards, each aligned with a specific competition format:

1. 🏫 School Competitions Leaderboard

• Displays both Online Phase Rankings and Grand Finale Progress

• Rankings are based on total school scores, not category-wise ranks

A. 📶 Online Phase Leaderboard (Top 100 Schools)

• Ranked by Total School Score (combined scores from Trailblazers, Visioneers, and Strategists)

• Includes:

  • Rank (1–100)

  • School Name

  • Country

  • Total Points

  • Finalist Status

🔍 Note: Qualification is based on overall school score, not individual team rank.

B. 🏁 Grand Finale Leaderboard (Live Progress)

• Displays only finalist schools

• Tracks progress across knockout rounds (Chapter 1 to Chapter 5)

• Visuals: Grid or Bracket-style live scoreboard

🧭 Filters:

• Region / Country

• Phase: Online Rankings / Grand Finale Standings

2. 🧠 Mastery Battles Leaderboard

Tracks individual brilliance across themed competitions.

A. 🎯 Online Shortlisting Leaderboard

• Shows Top 100 individuals per theme based on submission evaluations

B. 🥊 Grand Finale Knockout Leaderboard

• Bracket-style view: 16 → 8 → 4 → 2 → 1 Champion

• Optional: Tabular display per age group & theme

3. 🌐 Open Online Challenges Leaderboard

• Challenge-specific rankings (e.g., Teen Entrepreneur, Eco Heroes)

• Displays Top 10–20 participants per live challenge
